WHAT UT LOCATIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I photograph in stunning Utah mountain locations like Big Cottonwood Canyon, American Fork Canyon, and Provo Canyon, as well as beautiful valley spots throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. I offer temple & outdoor locations for missionary and baptism sessions. I’m always happy to suggest locations — and I’m open to new ones too!
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN'T COOPERATE?
That’s completely okay — truly. I have 25 years of preschool and elementary teaching experience & five kids of my own. I understand that little ones have big feelings sometimes or simply other plans. Even in the chaos, sometimes I’ll keep snapping — that’s where the real moments live. If a child needs a break, we’ll let them cool down and shift focus to other family members for a few minutes.
WHAT IF I BREAKOUT OR HAVE A SMALL INJURY ON THE DAY OF MY SeSSION?
No worries. I know a lot of editing magic to help acne & minor injuries disappear!
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT? What if there is bad weather?
Day of your session rescheduling is an additional $50 to reschedule. No extra fee if rescheduling takes place before the day of your session. No extra fee if rescheduling is weather related.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
I do not offer refunds on half your session fee. I'm happy to apply this to another session within 1 year of your canceled session.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD WE SCHEDULE THE SHOOT?
For the most flattering light, I schedule all sessions 1-2 hours before sunset. Sunset times change throughout the year.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
You bet, as long as they are well-behaved & ok with new people (me). Please mention this to me prior to your session. Some locations are not dog friendly. Each dog counts as an additional "person" in your session fee.
